It offers real-time info, personalized settings, and trip-planning tools,
all in an intuitive, accessible interface that supports users from the moment they start planning until they reach the shore

Market Analysis
We conducted a comparative analysis of similar applications and websites, focusing on behavioral solutions for a variety of applications.
User Research
We conducted a user study that included interviews, observations, and real-time expectations regarding users' experience with the application — to better understand and learn from the process.
The research revealed that users expect clear, simple interfaces and have certain assumptions based on previous experience. They tend to avoid complex navigation or cognitive overload. Users expect the process to flow smoothly — from understanding the need, identifying the right functionality, completing tasks within seconds or minutes, and receiving immediate feedback. We also found that positive feedback and intuitive design increase engagement and effectiveness.
