The Need
This system addresses a real challenge: the day-to-day management of employees, tasks, and work hours — especially in large organizations and fast-paced environments.
While there are many tools out there, they often lack smart logic, proper structure, and intuitive UX. Many rely on outdated or fragmented systems, creating inefficiencies and gaps between teams and managers.
TASKS fills that gap by offering a smart, streamlined, and automated environment that encourages accountability, clarity, and better communication across all levels.

Based on my hands-on experience working with the system, I created a tailored user persona aligned with both the target audience and research findings.
This helped me prioritize user needs, pain points, expectations, and strengths — allowing me to provide thorough solutions that addressed all key insights and challenges.
